Air traveling could be a headache. Airlines have been trying to make the passengers as comfortable as possible. However, there are such blockers as government officials, airport administration.
Generally speaking, Thai people are polite, gentle and friendly. But they left me a bad memory in their new airport this time. When you have something new, you expect improvement. Well you don't need to pay the stupid airport tax now. The immigration gate is unfortunately going back to the Jurassic era. Technically it looks great. Cyber-look layout, with a tiny camera taking shots of people. The officers are, hopelessly, very very slow. I got stuck in the immigration for nearly an hour both arriving and departing.
I hope they will install some feedback machines, like the ones in Beijing.
